INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS

Highlift Equipment requires rental customers to provide an updated certificate of insurance that:

1. States that Highlift Equipment Ltd is an ADDITIONAL INSURED under the policy along with our address, 5700 Este Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45232
2. States that Highlift Equipment Ltd is a LOSS PAYEE under the policy
3. States that the policy covers equipment that is rented.

Rental Equipment Protection (REP) ™ Provided exclusively by the JT Bates Group

REP Designed with you in mind

Under the Rental Equipment Protection (REP), the rental organization or dealer will not hold you responsible for most causes of damage while the equipment is out on rent. In the event of a loss, REP will cover the replacement or repair of the damaged equipment.

Covered Perils

Common covered losses, including but not limited to:

-accidental damage
-collisions
-earthquake
-falling objects
-fire
-flood
-hail

-overturns
-theft
-tornado
-vandalism
-wind
-other non-excluded perils

Exclusions:

-civil authority
-contamination or deterioration
-criminal fraudulent, dishonest, or illegal acts
-loss of use
-mechanical breakdown
-nuclear hazard
-pollutants

-temperature/humidity
-voluntary parting with title
-war and military action
-wear and tear
-missing property: unexplained or mysterious disappearance (e. g. shortage of property discovered on taking inventory)
